Are you aware of fast growing Chinese ecommerce platforms Temu and Shein, as they grow rapidly in the US?
If not, it may be time to do so. Both Temu (which has sister company called Pinduoduo operating in China) and Shein offer of inexpensive made-in-China goods, from T-shirts and handbags to electronics and kitchen items.
The chart below, from a recent article in the Wall Street Journal, shows the number of active users in the US per month for each of the two platforms since Setember of 2022. At the start, Shein already had about 25 million monthly users, while Temu was just entering the market:

Since the starting period, Shein as soared nicely to about 50 million monthly users, but Temu went from near zero to an incredble 130 million+, or about 40% of the population.
