UPS Running Nice Looking Display Ads on Cell Phones to Find Warehouse Employees

We all know there is a labor shortage in the US generally and in the warrehouse and distribution arena specifically.

 

In fact, a recent study from Gartner found for the first time that dealing with labor shortages was the top catalyst for warehouse automation, surpassing cost reduction as the primary impetus for such investment.

 

With that short backdrop, on our cell phones at least in past week or so several nice looking display ads from UPS recruiting warehouse workers appeared when we were visisting various news web sites. An example of one of them is shown below:

There is actually some missing text lost somehow when we saved the impage, but you get the idea. Recruiting warehouse workers is at a whole different level than it has been in the past.
