According to a recent survey by Gartner, "back office automation" perhaps suprisingly tops the list, followed by pricing optimization tools, as seen in the graphic below.
The top supply chain toolset was spend management software, in at number three. The following five ranked technologies were all supply chain related, including number 4 "operating automation."
