Industrial real estate firm CBRE is fresh out with a new report looking at the North American market for
"big box" distribution center accross 22 major markets. CBRE considers big box DCs facilities of 200,000 or more square feet of floor space.
From that report comes the graphic below, showing the top 10 markets in 2020 by total square footage, lowest vacancy rates, and the amount square footage acquired or leased in the year.

It's interesting data. Chicago is way out in front in terms of total big box square footage, while the vacancy rate in Toronto is almost zero.
