That report nicely summarizes the top 10 issues Hackett expectse to be focused on this year in the graphic shown below:

Not surprisingly, reducing the level of corporate spend tops the - that's what procurement does, right?

Hackett has been hot on procurement digitization in recent years, and that clocks in at number for in 2021. Improving sustainablility, makes the tp 10, but only in the 9th spot.
