What are the largest 3PL companies in terms of revenue from US operations?
Once again, Transport Topics, the magazine of the American Trucking Association, has partnered with research firm Armstrong & Associates to compile a top 50 list based on 2017 net revenues.
Net revenues capture only the true net spend by shippers with a given 3PL, not including the pass through spend with carriers on a shipper's behalf, as is included in the gross revenue numbers.
We publish below the top 20 from the top 50 list, led for the second consecutive year by XPO Logistics, with US net revenues of an estimated $5.2 billion in 2017. XPO was followed by UPS Supply Chain Solutions, DHL Supply Chain, CH Robinson, and Expeditors International to round out the top 5.
