What US markets have seen the fastest demand growth for warehouse space?

We received the answer to that question in terms of percentage growth since just before the pandemic in the recently released annual 3PL Study from Dr. John Langley of Penn State as usual and three sponsors, as seen in the graphic below from the report. It ranks US markets by percentage of space absorbed since Q3, 2019:

As can be seen, the Phoenix area number 1, with almost 30% annual growth, followed by number 2 Las Vegas and Salt Lake City coming in third:
