From most accounts, US food producers and retail chains have done a great job keeping store shelves stocked with everything from peanut butter to apples in the face of unprecedented demand amid the virus crisis.
But some grocery items have been harder to find than others, notably of course toilet paper and other cleaning products.
The Wall Street Journal recently conducted a survey of more than 50 grocery stores to check on the supply of high demand product categories. The results are shown in our Supply Chain Graphic of the Week below.

To no one's surprise, toilet paper tops the list of hard to find items, almost unavailable in the Journal's research.
Chicken breasts and rice are also very hard to find, the Journal says, though SCDigest notes pasta is not a problem here in Southwest Ohio.
Milk and fresh greens, on the other hand: not to hard to find.
Can the grocery supply chain keep performing? Let's pray the answer to that is Yes.
