We had a record number of submissions for this contest, over 350.. Thank you!

We had quite a few submissions referencing Magic 8 balls, tarot cards, etc. The similarity of course meant few could be used.

Many other great entries! See other especially funny captions below.

Didn't make it? Don't despair - we just have far too many entries to post them all. But you will make it soon!

New cartoon on the SCDigest web site on Monday August 8, 2011.

We Need Ideas!

Have an idea for a cartoon?

We would love that too, and will give you the credit.

Special Note!

Our contest this week led to a great non-caption submission sent to us from the demand planning team at Graybar, who it turned out just happened to have taken a recent photo very much in line with this latest cartoon caption contest.

We thank them for this photo, which includes several frequent caption contributors from the Graybar team. We would love to hear from others out there!
