Transport Topics, the magazine of the American Trucking Associations, is fresh out with its list of the top 100 US private truck fleets, as measured by the number of tractors the company owns.

As can be seen, food giant PepsiCo tops the list, with almost 11,000 tractor, followed by Walmart. Food service has a strong representation (Sysco, US Foods, Performance Food, McLane, Reyes), with the rest being energy related companies.
