Dan Gilmore
President and Editor in Chief

Mr. Gilmore serves as Chief Editor of Supply Chain Digest. He has a 15-year career in the supply chain industry, most recently serving as Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for RedPrairie. Prior to that, he was the chief supply chain analyst at META Group, the IT industry’s second largest research and advisory service. He has also held management positions at Pitney Bowes and NCR Corp. He is known as one of the supply chain industry’s knowledge leaders, and has written dozens of articles for major trade publications and spoken at dozens of industry shows and seminars. Mr. Gilmore has an undergraduate degree in journalism, and an MBA in Marketing.

Mark Fralick
Chief Technology Officer and Technology Editor

Mr. Fralick directs web site, video and related technology efforts for SCDigest and The Supply Chain Television Channel. He also writes about supply chain technology issues, with a special focus on RFID. Before joining SCDigest, he was president of consulting firm ROI Solutions LLC, and prior to that Vice President of Architecture for RedPrairie. He is co-founder of Software Architects International, a successful Warehouse Management System (WMS) provider subsequently purchased by McHugh Software (RedPairie). Mr. Fralick is a recognized expert in RFID, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Warehouse Management, material handling systems integration, and other technologies.

Cliff Holste
Materials Handling Editor

Mr. Holste covers materials handling automation and distribution management issues for SCDigest. He writes the weekly "Sorting it Out" blog column, numerous features articles, and manages the DistributionDigest web site.

Holste is an expert in the field, with more than 30 years experience as an engineer, consultant, and other roles in the materials handling and distribution industry before joining SCDigest and helping to lead the launch of DistributionDigest. He has held management positions at Alvey, Buschman/Pinnacle Automation, W&H, and other leading system providers, and has worked with some of the country's largest companies as well as many medium sized firms to help them solve distribution challenges.

He has special expertise in sortation systems for distribution and DC design.

Jason Stegent
