On Aug. 12, a series of massive explosions occured in a warehouse area near to the port in the Chinese city of Tianjin - local video of the event shows several huge fireballs generated at a facility run by a Chinese 3PL.
What really happened at Tianjin? What is the likely supply chain impact short and medium term? Why will some companies likely be able to see a lower impact and respond faster than their competitors?
