"Digitization" is all the rage these days, with survey after survey finding digital transformation is high on the priority list of most CEOs.

But what does going digital really mean in a supply chain context? The analysts at IDC recently released a new research note on this topic, one which provided a maturity model of five stages of digital transformation.
