Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) has been around for decades - yet many companies still don't get it right.

 

And that may be because they are not fully embracing the "3 P's" of S&OP - people, process and platform.

 

So says Hank Canitz, a director at software firm Logility and a former practioner at Conagra and other companies, where his experience includes launching S&OP initiaives.
