Supply Chain News Makers Video Series:

Highlights of the 2015 Return on Supply Management Assets (ROSMA) Report

Jan. 18, 2016

For the second year, the consultants at AT Kearney, along with partners the Institute for Supply Management and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, have released a report on the Return on Supply Management Assets, or ROSMA. The analysis is based on Kearney's methodology for measuring the value of supply management activities.

But how is the return on procurement expenses really measured? Just how big are the differences between leaders, the average company, and the laggards? (Hint: it is signficant.) And what practices account for that variation in results?

SCDigest editor Dan Gilmore discuss this and more with Joseph Raudabaugh, a partner at AT Kearney who helps lead the ROSMA analysis and report.

Watch Raudabaugh and SCDigest editor Dan Gilmore discuss the recently released 2015 report.
