Supply Chain Digest, CSCMP, Announce Big Ideas Videocast Series for 2014

Supply Chain Digest and the Council for Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) have joined forces to produce a major series of supply chain videocasts in 2014 on many of the most pressing and compelling subjects in the supply chain.

SCDigest Says:

The "Big Ideas" videocast series, to be broadcast on SCDigest's Supply Chain Television Channel , will explore key issues from global logistics to multi-channel commerce to use of alternative energy in the supply chain and much more.

Each broadcast will be moderated by SCDigest editor Dan Gilmore, and feature leading-edge thinking on how to navigate current supply chain waters - and where the supply chain is headed in each area over the next few years.

SCDigest and CSCMP have developed a draft schedule of broadcasts for the 2014 Big Ideas season, though some tweaks to the lineup are still possible. That schedule, with new broadcasts about once per month from April through early December, is as follows:

Broadcast 8: The Bright Future for Advanced Distribution Center Automation

Broadcast 9: Advances in Logistics Outsourcing Strategies

Broadcast 10: Advanced Strategies and Tools in Inventory Management
