Supply Chain News: Special Program Enables Laid Off Supply Chain Professionals to Receive SCM Certification at Low Cost

 
 

ISCEA and Transformance Advisors Reduce Cost to just $50 for Review Course and Exam

Layoffs have been hitting supply chain and logistics professionals as it has many other professions in this recession. Now, a new program geared specifically at this group can enable laid-off supply chain professionals to become certified at very low costs, ultimately enhancing their career prospects.

ISCEA, which provides testing and certifications in a number of supply chain-related areas, and Transformance Advisors, a consulting and training company, have partnered to provide a real service to supply chain professionals hit by the recession.

The two companies are offering two sessions at which laid-off supply chain professionals can receive training for the ISCEA Certified Supply Chain Analyst certification program for just $50.00 – a substantial discount from the cost of the normal program.

Two programs are currently scheduled:

  • April 24, in the Chicago area
  • May 1, in the Denver area

Based on interest, other cities may be added to the program list.
