Mike Loughrin (CFPIM, CSCM, CSCP) is a supply chain management professional with exceptional experience in industry and consulting services. He has helped numerous companies in the transformation to world class levels of performance through a balanced approach to defining strategy, improving processes, and leveraging the appropriate technology. Mike is a thought leadership advisor on lean enterprises for Hewlett-Packard, has directed an end-to-end lean supply chain transformation for Sweetheart Cup Company, and led a demand management improvement initiative for Compaq Computer. With a background that includes direct responsibility for many supply chain management processes, Mike takes a realistic and practical approach to improving performance.

Mike is now a Partner with Transformance Advisors, a firm focused on advising executives in the design and execution of supply chain transformations. In addition, the firm collaborates with professional organizations, such as ISCEA and APICS, to sponsor seminars on advanced concepts in supply chain management. Mike is the Director of Lean Six Sigma Programs for ISCEA and Chief Operations Officer for APICS Northern Colorado.
