Dwight Klappich

Dwight Klappich is Vice President of Research at Gartner, where he focuses on ERP and supply chain management technology. He has been at Gartner for eight years.

Prior to his position at Gartner, Klappich was Vice President of Technology research at META Group, and a marketing executive at both Ross Systems and Xelus.

"I enjoy the role of supply chain research analyst because it gives me a rare opportunity to balance the practical and pragmatic with a vision of future possibilities. As analysts, we have the opportunity to learn about emerging technologies before they blossom, while at the same time working closely with clients on more tactical near-term problems," Klappich says.
