Refunds will be issued for any unused portion of ShipReady product; customers can call the ShipReady Desk at 800-514-0351, Monday through Friday from 7am to 6pm CST.  Inquiries can also be made via cs.shipready@dhl.com <mailto:cs.shipready@dhl.com> . Customer must have order #, in order for ShipReady Desk to issue refund.

After speaking with a ShipReady representative, a DHL courier will be sent out to pick-up any unused product, if no courier is available in the pickup area, the customer can send in the unused ShipReady product to the address below via USPS. The ShipReady desk will credit the USPS shipping costs incurred to send the unused product back to the ShipReady desk; only shipping charges from USPS will be refunded only after proof of such is sent with the return product.

Upon receipt, the ShipReady Desk will verify quantity of the ShipReady product, and a refund will be processed within 14 days.

I have pre-paid envelopes that I would like to get a refund on. I have gone to the e-mail address and this is the only place to enter my information and when you call the number, you cannot speak with anyone. Can you please help me? Thanks.
